1. Applicability of these general terms and conditions

1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from OLIEO BV (hereinafter: 'OLIEO') and to every distance contract concluded between OLIEO and the consumer.

2. Price and payment

2.1 The price displayed in the webshop is the total price including VAT. Shipping costs are listed separately.

2.2 We do our best to display accurate prices. If an obvious error or mistake occurs, such as an unusually low price, the agreement is not binding for OLIEO and we are not obligated to supply items at the incorrect price. If you have any doubts, please contact us at info@olieo.nl .

2.3 Payment can be completed via the available payment methods in the OLIEO webshop, such as iDEAL, Klarna and credit card.

3. Delivery

3.1 We strive to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible. If you receive an incomplete or damaged product, please let us know within 48 hours of receipt. We will work with you to find a solution.

3.2 Orders will be shipped to the delivery address you provide and via your chosen delivery method.

3.3 If you provide an incorrect address, OLIEO will not be liable for any additional costs.

4. Warranty and complaints

4.1 We do our best to display the products as accurately as possible. If a product does not meet your expectations, it can be returned unopened and in its original packaging within 14 days . See the Returns page for more information.

4.2 Colors and packaging may vary slightly from the images on the website.

4.3 Do you have a complaint? Send an email to info@olieo.nl or contact us via our customer service page.

4.4 If you are not satisfied with our solution, you can submit your complaint to the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) via: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ .

5. Right of withdrawal

5.1 You can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

5.2 To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can easily submit a return request via our returns page.

5.3 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Sealed products where the seal has been broken for hygiene reasons.
• Products that have been used or are missing their original packaging.
• Personalized products.

5.4 Damaged or used products cannot be returned. If they are returned, you may be charged a fee.

5.5 After cancellation, you must return the product within 14 days according to the instructions by email.

5.6 OLIEO will refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receipt of the product via the original payment method.

5.7 You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs.

6. Gift Card

6.1 OLIEO Gift Cards can only be purchased and redeemed online at www.olieo.nl .

6.2 The Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash or another Gift Card.

6.3 If the purchase amount is higher than the balance on the Gift Card, the remaining amount can be paid using another payment method.

6.4 OLIEO Gift Cards do not expire.

6.5 If an order is (partially) returned, the return amount will be refunded to the original payment method. If a purchase was paid for with a gift card, the credit will be credited back to the gift card.

6.6 Gift Cards are excluded from promotions and discounts.

7. Gifts and returns

7.1 When returning orders where a gift was received as part of an exclusive promotion, the gift must also be returned.

7.2 If the gift is not returned, its value will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

8. Intellectual property rights

8.1 OLIEO retains all intellectual property rights relating to the OLIEO brand, the webshop and the products.

10. Other

10.1 OLIEO is entitled to unilaterally amend these terms and conditions. The most recent version is always available on our website.

10.2 The agreement between OLIEO and the consumer to which these general terms and conditions apply is governed exclusively by Dutch law . If OLIEO and the consumer cannot reach a mutually agreed-upon resolution of their dispute, the Amsterdam District Court will have exclusive jurisdiction to hear the dispute.
