1. Return conditions

1.1 Our return conditions are as follows:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • The order must be returned in the original packaging .
  • The item must not be used or damaged and the seal of a sealed product must not be broken.
  • Returns outside the 14-day return period will not be accepted.
  • If you received a gift as part of an exclusive promotion and you return your order (in part or in full), you must also return the gift you received if you no longer meet the promotion conditions.

1.2 Returns that do not comply with these return conditions cannot be accepted. In that case, we may refuse the return or charge you additional shipping costs for returning the item.

1.3 Compliance with these terms and conditions is essential for correct processing. Unreturned gifts will be deducted from the refund amount.


2. Return instructions

You can return your order at your own expense and in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt , provided it meets our return policy. Follow the steps below to register your return:

Step 1: Register return
Register your return in our returns portal using your email address and order number. (Enter a # before the order number when logging in.)

Step 2: Provide the items to be returned
Select the items you wish to return and state the reason.

Step 3: Select a carrier
Select the carrier you want to ship your package with.

Step 4: Pay for the return shipping
Pay for the return shipment directly via the returns portal.

Step 5: Print the return label
After payment, you'll receive the return label. Print the label, stick it on your package, and return it to the selected carrier.

Returns will be processed within 7 business days of receipt. You will receive confirmation by email. The refund will be processed within 14 days via your original payment method.

Please note: If a free gift is not returned, the retail value of the product will be charged.


3. Return label

  • Only products purchased at www.olieo.nl can be returned to OLIEO for a refund.
  • Products purchased elsewhere should be returned to the original point of sale.
  • Always keep your proof of postage until you are sure your return has been received.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 By making a purchase from our webshop, a distance contract is concluded. You have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

4.2 OLIEO reserves the right to unilaterally amend these return conditions. These conditions were last updated on [date].

4.3 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed products where the seal has been broken (for hygiene or health protection reasons).
  • Products that are used, damaged, or missing their original packaging.
  • Products that have been specially made to measure or personalized.
  • Items that spoil quickly or whose expiration date has passed.

4.4 If a return does not meet the conditions, costs may be charged. The amount of these costs will be determined by OLIEO.

4.5 We reserve the right to assess each product individually and refuse returns if the return conditions are not met.

4.6 After termination of the agreement, you must return the product within 14 days according to the instructions you receive by email.

4.7 OLIEO will refund the amount of the returned product within 14 days of receipt . In the case of a partial return, only the amount of the returned products will be refunded. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original order.

4.8 Return costs are at your own expense and will not be reimbursed by us.
