OLIEO BV has an online store ( www.olieo.nl ). As part of our services, we process personal data. This privacy and cookie statement explains which personal data we process and what we do with it.

Our privacy and cookie statement in brief

For what purposes do we use your personal data?

We store this data for a maximum of 2 years after the last contact moment.

2. Create an account and order

You can create an account at www.olieo.nl to make placing orders easier. You can also order products without an account.

We process the following data:

• Name

• Contact details (email address and telephone number)
• Payment details
• Other information relevant to the agreement

We retain this data for up to two years after your last login or order. Some data, such as invoice information, is legally required to be retained for seven years .

3. Processing and delivering orders

When you place an order, we process your data to process the order correctly:

• Address details
• Contact details
• Payment and invoice details
• IP address

We retain this information for up to two years after purchase or during the warranty period. Invoice information is retained for the statutory period of seven years .

4. Newsletters

You can sign up for the OLIEO newsletter through our webshop. We will then process:

• Name
• Email address

We store this information until you unsubscribe via the link at the bottom of the newsletter.

5. Retailers and suppliers

As a retailer or supplier of OLIEO, we process the following data:

• Company name
• Business address
• Contact person name
• Contact details
• Financial data

We store this data for the duration of the collaboration and up to 7 years thereafter, in accordance with the legal retention obligation.

6. Working at OLIEO

When you apply to OLIEO, we process:

• Name
• Address details
• Contact details
• CV and cover letter
• Any references and salary indication

We retain application data for up to six weeks after the vacancy closes. If you give us permission, we will retain this data for up to one year for future vacancies.

Sharing personal data with third parties

OLIEO only shares your data with third parties when legally permitted. We may share your data with:

• IT service providers
• Payment service providers
• Postal and delivery services
• Marketing companies

Some of our suppliers are located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). In such cases, we ensure appropriate measures are in place to protect your data.
